Diversity at OSU-Cascades

At OSU-Cascades, multiculturalism is a concept that embraces both ideology and action and is essential to our institutional identity and our mission.

OSU-Cascades established a multi-phased action plan that moves beyond the traditional norms for campus diversity and created steps to measure and improve cultural competencies on campus. These areas the campus will focus on are:

  • Campus climate
  • Recruitment and marketing
  • Retention
