Canoe

A 5 Day Canoe trip exploring the Upper Deschutes watershed.

September 15-20, 2008

Starting close to the true source, this trip explores the upper stretches of the Deschutes River. Enjoy Osprey and Great Blue Heron along the wild and scenic Upper Deschutes. Led by two of Cascades Adventures qualified canoe trip leaders, you will spend 5 days of paddling with 4 nights of camping that will take you from Wickiup Reservoir to Benham Falls. Space is limited.

Backpack

A 3 Day Backpack Trip exploring the 3 Sisters Wildereness.

September 18-20, 2008

A 3 day trip into the 3 Sisters Wilderness, by alpine lakes, through pine forests. This moderate trip will spend a day hiking into Ledge Lake, where camp will be established. A day of exploring the various of lakes in the area, will be followed on the third day by the brief trip back out. A wonderful introductory backpacking experience. Space is limited.
