OSU Graduate School Application Online Graduate School application must be completed in addition to the program application. Click this link, then click "Apply Online", log in or create a "First TIme User Account", then select one of the three options under "OSU Cascades Campus-Bend, OR" (typically you will choose "Application for Cascades Campus US Citizens")

Test Score Disclaimer
We, at OSU-Cascades, do not receive CBEST or ORELA scores automatically even if you mark to have your scores sent to OSU, as we are a separate campus. You will need to bring in an original score report directly to our office.
