Courses offered towards Graduate Certificate in Public Health
The Graduate Certificate in Public Health is an online program designed for public health practitioners and others seeking professional development and continuing education within the field of public health. The program focuses on the five core areas of public health: epidemiology, biostatistics, health promotion and behavior, environmental and occupational health, and health management and policy.
In fall 2012, OSU-Cascades began offering courses for professionals in Central Oregon seeking the graduate certificate or individual courses in public health topics.
Principles of Health Behavior (H571) - offered fall 2012
Principles and Practice of Epidemiology (H525) - offered Summer 2013
How to Apply
To apply, students must complete a Printable Non-Degree Application. Non-degree students may apply up to eight graduate credits toward the Graduate Certificate in Public Health.
