International Student Costs
The minimum estimated undergraduate student costs for the 2008-2009 academic year are $29,786. Your first two years of study, however, will cost significantly less than your second two years due to lower tuition and fee expenses for lower division course work (see chart below). However, it is important that you be prepared to cover the costs of the upper division classes when you need to take them. The cost breakdown is listed below (costs based on 2006-2007 tuition and fees):

Scholarships and Financial Aid for International Students
Financial assistance for international students is limited. Under current regulations, on-campus work for international students is permitted, but off-campus employment is difficult to obtain and not permitted for your first academic year.
Scholarships
International Cultural Service Program (ICSP)
Students who have attained junior status (approximately 3rd year) are eligible to apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) at OSU-Cascades. This is a unique program developed in partnership with the High Desert Education Service District to encourage our international students to share their culture with our local elementary, middle and high school students in the central Oregon region. Students who are selected and choose to fulfill the ICSP programs obligations (80 hours of service/ year) will receive a 50% tuition remission (grant) for their OSU-Cascades courses.
