OSU-Cascades is located in Bend, Oregon, one of the safest small cities in the US. An active community of 80,000 people, we are situated in the foothills of Oregon's Cascades Mountains where it is almost always sunny and world-renowned recreation opportunities are seemingly endless. In addition, because of our unique partnership with our local community college, OSU-Cascades is among the most affordable options for higher education in the United States.

International Student Services provides programs and services for international students, scholars and their families including:

  • Orientation sessions
  • Cultural adjustment information
  • Scholarship and financial resources
  • Housing information
  • Academic and personal support
  • Assistance to OSU-Cascades departments seeking international students and/or faculty
  • Visa documents and advice on immigration matters

An international student is an undergraduate or graduate student on a non-immigrant visa—usually on an "F" or "J" visa. An international scholar is a visiting professor, research scholar or post-doctoral fellow on an appropriate employment visa.
