You will need to complete two applications to be admited to the MAT program.  The first application is a paper application that you will submit to the OSU Cascades MAT program.  The second application, an online link, is to the Graduate School and must be done online.  The priority application deadline has closed.  Applications are currently being accepted for the 2012-2013 cohort on a case by case basis.  Please contact Dr. Carolyn Platt at carolyn.platt@osucascades.edu for further information.
