OSU-Cascades invites the Central Oregon community to attend a public forum at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 27 to learn about and comment on the campus' 2008 Strategic Plan. The plan details the campus' renewed focus on academic programs, enrollment growth, fiscal stability, and community engagement.
