Have you dreamed of becoming a teacher? Come to an information session to learn about the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program, student teaching, and the application process, and to meet the faculty. The OSU-Cascades MAT program provides graduates with an Oregon Initial I Teaching License with authorizations in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree. This is a full-time, 14-month program (with the next cohort beginning June 2009 and concluding July 2010). OSU-Cascades' MAT program is nationally accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. The next information sessions will be held Thursday, Oct. 23, 6:00-7:00 p.m. and on Monday, Nov. 3, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
