Test Proctoring:
Online courses may require tests to be proctored. OSU-Cascades offers free test proctoring for students taking an OSU E-Campus distance course on Fridays from 2pm – 4pm.
Your Responsibilities:
1.) Contact Alisa Humphrey to schedule proctoring 3 to 5 business days in advance
2.) Notify E-Campus that you will be taking a test
3.) Complete Proctor Request Form (receive link from Alisa Humphrey)
Proctoring Contact:
Alisa Humphrey - alisa.humphrey@osucascades.edu
If Fridays are inconvenient, the COCC Testing and Tutoring Center is available for a fee. Contact: 541.383.7536 to set up proctoring day/time.

Proctoring for Students with disabilities:
Students with documented disabilities may be eligible for special testing situations. Faculty should receive notification of a specific accommodation by either Anne Walker, who coordinates services for students with disabilities at COCC or Tracy Bentley-Townlin (or a staff member) who coordinates these services for students at OSU. (UO students will have services assessed and determined at UO and communicated by either Diane Pritchard or a UO staff member.)
When the accommodation involves special testing, faculty should send an email to Alisa Humphrey describing the accommodation prescribed for the student. Please let Alisa know if the student must take the exam at the same time the class is taking it. If this is not required, the student should schedule with Alisa ONE WEEK in advance of the test.
Proctoring for Special Situations
There are times when students request testing accommodations for special circumstances or conflicts with an exam period. It is up to the faculty member to decide whether or not to re-schedule the test, but it is expected that the faculty will accommodate these situations in his/her office and be present to proctor. The only other time available to students in this situation is the 2-4 pm Friday afternoon time period and this can be scheduled only with approval from the faculty teaching the course.
Additionally, it is possible to use the COCC Testing Center. Kellie Smith is the contact at 541-383-7536 or KSmith@cocc.edu. There is a charge per exam. Kellie does not accept tests through email.
Registration:
E – Campus courses are facilitated differently than onsite OSU-Cascades courses. If you are unable to register for an E-Campus course because of a pre-requisite restriction, you will need to contact the instructor of the course for approval. Your OSU Cascades advisor cannot approve you to take an E-Campus course. For any other registration issue, contact the E-Campus Student Services Center.
