Safety Committee
The OSU-Cascades Safety Committee functions as a vital element of the Oregon State University Safety Program as required by Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Committee reviews OSU-Cascades Campus internal safety policies and procedures, encourages positive safety attitudes and performance, and serves as the forum for addressing issues affecting the health and safety of all campus faculty, staff, students and visitors.
Feedback from the Community on Safety Issues
We would like to encourage the OSU-Cascades community to provide feedback for the committee on safety policies, concerns, or comments.

Meetings of the Safety Committee are held monthly, and include safety inspections of all OSU-Cascades facilities and accident investigations.
The annual audit schedule is as follows:
Fall Term - Cascades Hall classrooms and Newberry Hall offices
Winter Term - Cascades Hall offices
Spring Term - Graduate & Research Center classrooms and offices
Minutes are available for staff and faculty upon request.
