Sandy Chen
Assistant Professor, Hospitality Management
Dr. Sandy Chen finished her undergraduate studies in Beijing, China and graduate studies in the United States. She has taught in colleges and universities in both countries. Her research interests include service quality, destination marketing, tourist behavior, and entrepreneurship. Sandy’s industry experience includes positions with Beijing International Hotel in Beijing, Walt Disney World in Florida, and The Luxury Collection of Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Chicago.
Sandy mainly teaches hospitality courses, including Customer Relationship Management, Advanced Topics in Hospitality Management, and Event Planning (this course is offered to the public through Central Oregon Community College).
