After leaving Minneapolis and a job managing a restaurant where a customer complained that her hamburger tasted “too meaty,” Robert Prentice discovered the Tourism and Outdoor Leadership program at the OSU-Cascades Campus and his future crystallized. He discovered he could combine his love for the outdoors with a profession and pursue a career he actually enjoyed.
