Central Oregon Snow Pack Report

Hi Folks,
Still waiting for the snow to fly but we are currently in search of students interested in compiling observations and data while out basckcountry snow riding.
If you are in the backcountry and happen to witness an avalanche or compile any data from stability tests or data pits, please feel free to send your information along to Jeffrey Myers. With your help, we can provide a greater synopsis about the conditions on slopes in the backcountry. Thanks.

All observations are collected and reported here by qualified Cascades Adventures Trip Leaders. The information provided here simply provides an insight into the conditions of the snow pack and should not substitute a thorough field test, specific to the area you are traveling. The insight and reports here do not apply to resort areas.
