OSU-Cascades Student Fee Committee (SFC) is a group of student leaders responsible for the allocation of student incidental fees. Students build budgeting and civic skills, while getting to know this campus and serving their fellow students. Serving on this committee is a fundamental opportunity to shape what services, programs and activities are available for the students on this campus and will create the future legacy of OSU-Cascades. Clubs and student organizations will want to get to know SFC members well, to facilitate a good working relationship when asking for budgetary support. The Coordinator of Student Life serves as advisor to the SFC, and as a liaison between the students and university administration.

The Student Fee Committee meeting time for Winter term 2012 is every Thursday (except holidays and finals week)  from 10:00 to 11:00 am in Cascades Hall Rm 114.

Student Fees Budget & Use

Student incidental fees are considered public funds and are regulated by the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's) (see OAR 580-010-0090) and subject to state guidelines of expenditures. Fees are also subject to institutional policies concerning their use.
