Applying to OSU-Cascades
New Students

If you are a new graduate student applying to OSU-Cascades,(See Academic Programs)
please contact the institution offering your program for admissions application, procedures, and requirements.
If you are an international student, please contact OSU-Cascades at 541-322-3112 or review the International Admissions application, procedures, and requirements.
Current Students at OSU, COCC, or a Partner School
If you are currently enrolled at COCC and plan to attend OSU-Cascades, please complete the online OSU-Cascades admissions application above.
If you are enrolled as an undergraduate at OSU or a partner school (except at COCC; see above) and plan to attend OSU-Cascades, you already are admitted as a student at that school. Please contact the enrollment service office in Cascades Hall at 541-322-3100 for a change of campus form.
If you are enrolled as a graduate student at OSU or a partner school and plan to attend OSU-Cascades, please contact the graduate school of the institution offering your program for admission approval. (See Academic Programs)
